1. Eligibility and account

• You are responsible for any information you provide and for maintaining the accuracy of your contact details.

2. Orders, pricing, and availability

• All orders are offers to purchase products. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., due to availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors).
• Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately but cannot guarantee device display accuracy.
• Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not collect card numbers on our website. Your use of third-party payment services is subject to their terms.

4. Shipping, risk of loss, and title

• We dispatch most in-stock orders within 24–48 business hours. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address you provide. Title transfers upon our receipt of payment and shipment.

5. Returns and exchanges

We offer easy returns within 30 days for eligible items, and a 12‑month warranty against manufacturing defects. For details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to violate others’ rights, to distribute malware, to scrape or reverse engineer, or to overload or interfere with the Service.
• Do not attempt to circumvent security or access non-public areas without authorization.

• All content, designs, logos, photos, and code on the Service are owned by Little Moon or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
• No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (including payment, analytics, and social platforms). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Access at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as expressly stated (including our 12‑month product warranty for manufacturing defects), we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Moon and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Little Moon and our affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms occasionally; the updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

14. Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service.

15. Severability; entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Little Moon regarding the Service.
