Refund Policy
Effective date: 20 September 2025
We want you to love your Little Moon piece. This Refund Policy explains returns, exchanges, and warranty support.
1. Return window
- 30-day returns from the delivery date for eligible items.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and inserts.
2. Non-returnable items
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/engraved goods.
- Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or missing components not due to our error.
3. Warranty (12 months)
- Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or misuse.
- We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.
4. How to start a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] with your order ID, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
- Pack the item securely with original packaging. Include your order ID in the parcel.
5. Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping.
6. Refund timing and method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different item or a replacement for a defective item, contact us. In many cases, sending back the original item is required before we ship the replacement.
8. Damaged or incorrect items on arrival
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
9. Sale items and promotions
Unless marked “final sale,” discounted items follow the same return rules as regular items. Free gifts must be returned if the qualifying order is returned in full.
10. Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees. However, returns that are missing components or show signs of wear may be rejected or refunded partially.
